On Tortured Academics

On Tortured Academics is a collection of poetry inspired by the author's experiences as a teen in today's world. It inspires the young to relate and the old to reflect on the issues with a society that places increasing expectations on students while simultaneously imposing more restrictions on them.
Separated into an interlude and four sections: On Personal Struggles, On Societal Critiques, On Intermittent Daydreams, and On Tortured Academics, it takes you on a journey to see the world through a young person's eyes.
