Da parte mia c'è l'esigenza di testimoniare i progressi fatti dalle mie interpretazioni e varianti apportate all'argomento e dal biologico in genere con gli altrettanto evidenti limiti che quest'iniziativa ha portato. Dopo un percorso professionale lungo 40 anni, sia nel campo dell'agricoltura e sia in quello dell'alimentazione bio, posso serenamente affermare che alla fine resta ciò che vale e vale ciò che resta. Ma dovete aprire gli occhi. La mia testimonianza vi aiuterà in questo percorso di maturazione.
