The second of two volumes dedicated to nuclear binding energies and atomic masses of all nuclei, this book considers related properties like the separation energies of single nucleons, or groups of nucleons, Q-values of alpha and beta nuclear reactions, and parameters of the residual interaction between nucleons.
The volume contains metal forming data of 44 non-ferrous alloys of heavy metals, i.e. Cu, Ni, Zn, Pb, Nb, U, W, Sn, Zr, and noble metals. The mechanical and thermophysical properties of each alloy are given as well as its plasticity and flow curves. An introduction presents the fundamental terms and concepts of metal forming.
Volume III/48B continues the compilation of nuclear quadrupole resonance spectroscopy (NQRS) data of solid substances, covering the literarure from 1995 to the end of 2006.
Volume III/48A continues the compilation of nuclear quadrupole resonance spectroscopy (NQRS) data of solid substances, covering the literarure from 1995 to the end of 2006.
Volume 11 of group IV presents phase diagrams, crystallographic and thermodynamic data of ternary alloy systems. It is a standard reference book with easily retrievable data from the fields of physics and chemistry collected by acknowledged scientists.
In the 1970s Landolt-Boernstein published a series of volumes containing crystallographic data for organic (III/5 Str- ture Data of Organic Crystals), intermetallic (III/6 Structure Data of Elements and Intermetallic phases) and inorganic compounds (III/7 Crystal Structure Data of Inorganic Compounds).
Volume II/26 supplements the previous compilations II/l, II/9 and II/17 of the magnetic properties of free radicals which were published in 1965, 1977-1980 and 1986-90.
Zeolites and zeolite-like materials became important because of their ion exchange capacities and their outstanding catalytic properties. It is designed as a reference work for zeolite chemists and materials scientists, but it also serves as a tool to interpret structural similarities and to derive new structures from known topologies.
The Landolt-Boernstein subvolume III-44F is the sixth part of an update to the existing eight volumes III-41 about Semiconductors and contains New Data and Updates for III-V and II-VI Compounds, their Mixed Crystals and Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors.
After a historical consideration of the types and evolution of accelerators the physics of particle beams is provided in detail.
With the development of modern instruments and theories, a considerable amount of spectroscopic informationis being permanently collected on molecules. It is made up of several volumes (A, B, C, D) with comprehensive compilation of critically evaluated molecular constants of diatomic (A), linear triatomic (B);
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)is based on the fact that certain nuclei exhibit a magnetic moment, orient by a magnetic field, and absorb characteristic frequencies in the radiofrequency part of the spectrum.
Polymers belong to an essential material group with many applications not only for polymer manufacturers but also in physics, chemistry, medicine and engineering techniques.

Focuses on the properties of the states of nuclei. This title presents various kinds of nuclear reactions, including measurements of reactions with neutrons and I-rays not yet considered in previous compilations. It provides data (energy levels, branching ratios, etc) for nuclei with atomic numbers Z ranging from 74 (W) to 103 (Lr).

Polymers belong to an essential material group with many applications not only for polymer manufacturers but also in physics, chemistry, medicine and engineering techniques. This volume gives an introduction to the thermal properties and PVT-data of polymer solids and polymer melts.
Topics include relevant growth techniques and examples for group IV semiconductors, III-V semiconductor compounds, II-VI semiconductor compounds, I-VII semiconductor compounds and IV-VI semiconductor compounds.
Volume 11 of group IV presents phase diagrams, crystallographic and thermodynamic data of ternary alloy systems. At ambient pressure the equilibria of each individual ternary system are discussed as functions of temperature yielding spatial diagrams whose sections and projections are displayed.
The Landolt-Boernstein subvolumes III/44A and III/44B update the existing 8 volumes III/41 about Semiconductors and contain new Data and Updates for I-VII, III-V, III-VI, IV, VI and II-VI Compounds.
The book first presents a thorough overview on the field of electrochemistry, to impart a precise understanding of the involved systems, and secondly collects all relevant data of electrochemical systems as reported up to the present time.
This set of volumes focuses on data for ternary systems for one vitally important specific class of materials, steels.
The volume LB IV/15 Diffusion in Gases, Liquids, and Electrolytes is divided into three subvolumes. Part A: Gases in Gases, Liquids and their Mixtures; Part B: Liquids in Liquids and Liquid Mixtures; Part C: Ions and Electrolytes in Liquids, Electrolytes and Molten Salts.
Volume II/26 supplements the previous compilations II/l, II/9 and II/17 of the magnetic properties of free radicals which were published in 1965, 1977-1980 and 1986-90.
Volume 12 of group IV presents phase diagrams, crystallographic and thermodynamic data of binary alloy systems. The subvolume C contains systems from Dy-Er...Ir-Y. Volume 12 forms a supplement to volume 5.
