Our investigations were conducted with Hope in Action employees in Goma, from January 1st to April 30th 2023.The overall objective was to assess the socio-economic impact of Hope in Action on improving the conditions of its agents in Goma.The methodological approach that facilitated this study was based on survey questionnaires and direct observation, as well as descriptive and analytical statistical methods.

Nossas investigações foram realizadas em Goma com os funcionários da Hope in Action, de 1º de janeiro a 30 de abril de 2023.O objetivo geral foi avaliar o impacto socioeconômico da Esperança em Ação na melhoria das condições de seus agentes em Goma.A abordagem metodológica que facilitou este estudo foi o uso de questionários de pesquisa e observação direta, bem como métodos estatísticos descritivos e analíticos.

Le nostre indagini sono state condotte a Goma con i dipendenti di Hope in Action, dal 1° gennaio al 30 aprile 2023.L'obiettivo generale era quello di valutare l'impatto socio-economico di Hope in Action sul miglioramento delle condizioni dei suoi agenti a Goma.L'approccio metodologico che ha facilitato questo studio è stato l'uso di questionari di indagine e l'osservazione diretta, oltre a metodi statistici descrittivi e analitici.

Unsere Untersuchungen wurden vom 1. Januar bis zum 30. April 2023 unter den Angestellten von Hope in Action in Goma durchgeführt.Das übergeordnete Ziel bestand darin, die sozioökonomischen Auswirkungen von Hope in Action auf die Verbesserung der Bedingungen für die Mitarbeiter in Goma zu bewerten.Der methodische Ansatz, der diese Studie erleichterte, bestand in der Verwendung der Fragebogentechnik, der direkten Beobachtung sowie deskriptiver und analytischer statistischer Methoden.
