That is why; placing confidence in an unreliable person is vanity whereas attempting to make someone whose heart is heavy to be in a jovial mood only exacerbates that person's situation. Fortunately, patience can persuade the great while soft speech can crush strong opposition. If your enemies are hungry, give them food to eat. If they are thirsty, give them water to drink. You will heap burning coals on their heads and the Most High will reward you. Remember, it is better to live in solitude than to live and/or associate with contentious people as every action always comes with a corresponding reaction. Never compromise your mission, vision, cause and honour with pollutants. That is why in everything that you do, do it in moderation and not in perpetuity. And just as everything has to be undertaken in moderation, it is likewise not good for you to think about all the honours that you deserve.
