The concept of faith means a lot of things to a lot of people. It is a spiritual battle that God has already won through the life, death at the Cross and resurrection from the death of Jesus Christ, however the individual believer must receive that victory into his or her own life by faith and stand firm on their faith in the face of adversity and even persecution.
