Marx Afaro Zytan, an oddball who appears nervous while relaxed but serene when nervous, is a ruthless man and an inhabitant of planet Zist. The book follows his story, which revolves around the revolutionary scientific discovery of a special type of fuel system that can transform matter into energy. This not only enables the possibility of light-speed travel for space-ships, but intergalactic travel and even time travel.
