Les compétences de l'infirmière prônent une humanisation respectueuse des vulnérabilités. Ce cas traite d'une psychose délirante et d'une démence initiale. La démence entraînant une détérioration progressive des fonctions cognitives/émotionnelles/sociales, et la psychose délirante provoquant des hallucinations et des délires, diverses interventions psychothérapeutiques ont été développées. Celles-ci visent à améliorer la qualité de vie de l'individu malade, afin qu'il puisse développer les compétences qui lui permettront de poursuivre son chemin de vie. L'humanisation des soins implique le patient/la famille/l'aidant. Lorsqu'on aide l'aidant à vivre avec le problème de la démence, le respect de ces vulnérabilités préserve la dignité de l'individu, du patient et de la famille. Les tâches des aidants comprennent le soutien dans les activités instrumentales, l'assistance dans les actions autonomes, le soutien émotionnel et la gestion des pressions liées au rôle d'aidant. Responsabiliser les aidants signifie développer une intervention familiale, un ensemble d'approches pour aider à faire face à la maladie et aux problèmes quotidiens.

The nurse's competences advocate a humanisation that respects vulnerabilities. This case deals with delusional psychosis and initial dementia. Since dementia causes a progressive deterioration in cognitive/emotional/social functions, and delusional psychosis causes hallucinations and delusions, various psychotherapeutic interventions have been developed. These aim to improve the quality of life of the sick individual, so that they can develop the skills that will enable them to continue on their life path. The humanisation of care involves the patient/family/caregiver. When the carer is facilitated in living with the problem of dementia, respect for these vulnerabilities preserves the dignity of the individual/patient/family. Carers' tasks include support in instrumental activities, assistance in autonomous actions, emotional support and coping with the pressures of the caring role. Empowering carers means developing a family intervention, a set of approaches to help deal with the illness/day-to-day problems.

Le competenze dell'infermiere sostengono un'umanizzazione che rispetta le vulnerabilità. Questo caso riguarda una psicosi delirante e una demenza iniziale. Poiché la demenza causa un progressivo deterioramento delle funzioni cognitive/emotive/sociali e la psicosi delirante provoca allucinazioni e deliri, sono stati sviluppati diversi interventi psicoterapeutici. Questi mirano a migliorare la qualità di vita dell'individuo malato, in modo che possa sviluppare le abilità che gli consentiranno di continuare il suo percorso di vita. L'umanizzazione delle cure coinvolge il paziente/famiglia/caregiver. Quando il caregiver è facilitato nel convivere con il problema della demenza, il rispetto di queste vulnerabilità preserva la dignità dell'individuo/paziente/famiglia. I compiti dei caregiver comprendono il supporto nelle attività strumentali, l'assistenza nelle azioni autonome, il sostegno emotivo e la gestione delle pressioni del ruolo assistenziale. Responsabilizzare i caregiver significa sviluppare un intervento per la famiglia, un insieme di approcci per aiutare ad affrontare la malattia e i problemi quotidiani.

Die Kompetenzen der Krankenschwester erfordern eine Humanisierung, die die Verletzlichkeit respektiert. In diesem Fall geht es um eine wahnhafte Psychose und eine beginnende Demenz. Da Demenz zu einer fortschreitenden Verschlechterung der kognitiven/emotionalen/sozialen Funktionen führt und die wahnhafte Psychose Halluzinationen und Wahnvorstellungen verursacht, wurden verschiedene psychotherapeutische Interventionen entwickelt. Diese zielen darauf ab, die Lebensqualität der Erkrankten zu verbessern, damit sie die Fähigkeiten entwickeln können, die es ihnen ermöglichen, ihren Lebensweg fortzusetzen. Die Humanisierung der Pflege bezieht den Patienten/Familie/Pflegeperson mit ein. Wenn die pflegende Person dabei unterstützt wird, mit dem Problem der Demenz zu leben, bleibt die Würde des Einzelnen/Patienten/der Familie gewahrt. Zu den Aufgaben der Pflegenden gehören die Unterstützung bei instrumentellen Aktivitäten, die Hilfe bei autonomen Handlungen, die emotionale Unterstützung und die Bewältigung der mit der Pflege verbundenen Belastungen. Die Befähigung pflegender Angehöriger bedeutet die Entwicklung einer familiären Intervention, einer Reihe von Ansätzen, die bei der Bewältigung der Krankheit und der alltäglichen Probleme helfen.
