The children at Anson Primary School care deeply about the planet and the creatures who freely roam across the rainforests, deserts and tundra. This book contains poems inspired by the world around us. It is a call to action for us all to try and help save the beautiful planet on which we live.

They have penned sonnets, clerihews and acrostics. They have even told lies.The anthology contains poetry from Year One through to Year Six and is a glowing tribute to the quality of writing at Anson Primary School.

In the years to come, when we look back at this book, how many of the films will we still remember? Will we still be reading the books or eating at the same restaurants?
