Reading an article in a magazine about the pain of a helpless lady I penned down my story ' Poisonous trap ' . The article went " My life has become the ocean of sorrow and disappointment every moment seems like years, life has become a burden; I feel my sorrow greater than the treacherous pains of Hell. "A drop or two fell from the corner of my eyes. I was compelled to think "Do such things really happen in our society ?The young lady's excepting garden full of beautiful flowers always get the pain of thorns in the flowers. "Thinking patiently,I got an option and came the short story collection 'Poisonous trap ' and on the day of its completion an interesting incident got attached to it.Many of our unfortunate sisters have to suffer from the burden as ' Shubhangi ' the protagonist of the Poisonous trap because of very small mistake they are cursed to lead a life of insult, helplessness and sorrow.If my story proves helpful in curing the pain of any of such sisters, I shall think my creation worthy.

Large-scale data analytics using machine learning (ML) underpins many modern data-driven applications. ML systems provide means of specifying and executing these ML workloads in an efficient and scalable manner. Data management is at the heart of many ML systems due to data-driven application characteristics, data-centric workload characteristics, and system architectures inspired by classical data management techniques.In this book, we follow this data-centric view of ML systems and aim to provide a comprehensive overview of data management in ML systems for the end-to-end data science or ML lifecycle. We review multiple interconnected lines of work: (1) ML support in database (DB) systems, (2) DB-inspired ML systems, and (3) ML lifecycle systems. Covered topics include: in-database analytics via query generation and user-defined functions, factorized and statistical-relational learning; optimizing compilers for ML workloads; execution strategies and hardware accelerators; data access methods such as compression, partitioning and indexing; resource elasticity and cloud markets; as well as systems for data preparation for ML, model selection, model management, model debugging, and model serving. Given the rapidly evolving field, we strive for a balance between an up-to-date survey of ML systems, an overview of the underlying concepts and techniques, as well as pointers to open research questions. Hence, this book might serve as a starting point for both systems researchers and developers.

The field experiment was conducted at Genetics and Plant Breeding Research Farm, Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Faizabad, in Augmented Block Design having 10 blocks and each block was divided into 14 plots. Out of these 14 plots in a block, 10 plots were used for accommodating the test genotypes while remaining 4 plots were used for check varieties, during Rabi 2010-11 to assess 100 chickpea germplasm showed wide range of variation for various characters. Data were recorded on different 11 quantitative traits on subjected for estimation of mean, range and least significant differences, correlation, path-coefficient and genetic divergence. The genotypes NDG 93-1, NDG 31, JG 9-3, ICC 4934, BG 3014, ICC 3137, ICCV 05314, RG 2003-28, L 550, IPCK 2004-16, NDG 3-32-2, BDG 1059 and H 02-14 produced higher seed yield per plant, may be used in breeding programme for development of high yielding chickpea varieties.
