Going into tenth grade has me feeling a touch worried.Me.Lady Natalie Verde, heir to the Gley Lorddom, best friend to Crown Princess Cynthia Copper. How could I be going into my sophomore year of school with worry? That sounds impossible.Except... Alex is being set up for a test that may kill him. It wouldn't normally, but the tester has it in for him. I worry he'll end up dead. The positives of last year were turning into a dragon, but given this is the end result of that event, I'm terrified of the immediate future. How can I help Alex live through his Centurion test? I'm not ready for this at all.The future has to be wrong. How can I make it right? I need help. And I don't think the crown princess is the one who can. Who can I ask for such a huge favor? Is there someone I can ask?
Lady Natalie Verde has a lot sitting before her as she goes into the first year of high school. As a Dragon Rider- and future dragon- she must conquer the spell groups of fire and flight. What dragon cannot breathe fire or fly? None, so she must learn. While figuring out fire and flight, Natalie seeks more about her planar blood. This is while her family seeks her. Not only does her unknown planar family seek her, but her dragon family seeks her too. Her father, Jacob Verde has a big family. All this has to happen while she's growing up into an adult. She'll only turn fourteen this year, and it seems everyone wants to greet her as this special person. Natalie's more afraid she'll poison her best friend again. At least her dragon family would not easily succumb to her losing control.Should she really hold off on meeting her family? Both sides of them?Young adult. Be wary of triggers: see Cat Gillette's website for more details.
