This book covers the different types and applications of 15" gauge railways from the Duffield Bank Railway of the 1870s (and its antecedents) to the modern pleasure park lines and sites. David Jones has made contact with a number of enthusiasts, some associated with the Miniature Railway Museum Trust, who have contributed illustrations.

Voters may not know the details of specific policies, but they have a general sense of how well Congress serves their own interests; and astute politicians pay attention to public approval ratings. Contrary to the common view of Congress as an insulated institution, this argues that Congress is indeed responsive to the people of the United States.
