In diesem Buch wird die Bedeutung der Kommunikationsvariable für das Organisationsklima in Hochschuleinrichtungen in der Gemeinde Sincelejo analysiert; es wurde im Rahmen einer Studie mit einem qualitativen Ansatz und deskriptiver Forschung durchgeführt, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Bedeutung der Kommunikationsvariable transzendental ist, was einerseits auf die Tatsache verweist, dass die meisten Autoren, die sich mit dieser Konzeptualisierung befassen, ihr wichtige Aufmerksamkeit schenken, da sie die Motivation der Mitarbeiter sowie das Engagement und die Beteiligung an den Unternehmensaufgaben beeinflusst.

This book analyzes the relevance of the communication variable in the organizational climate in Higher Education Institutions in the municipality of Sincelejo; it was conducted under the guidance of a study with a qualitative approach and descriptive type of research, indicating that the relevance of the communication variable is transcendental, on the one hand referring to the fact that most authors focused on this conceptualization give it an important attention, since it affects the motivation of employees, as well as the commitment and involvement in corporate tasks.
