Once his arm healedthe velocity on his fastball never completely returned.For the past seven seasons Charlie has been a player/coach in the minor leagues withthe Myrtle Beach Seahawks. Charlie has pitched well during his years in Myrtle Beach, but the loss of velocity on his fastball has kept him from returning to the top of thegame.
