Ecce homoFriedrich Nietzsches Buch "Ecce homo. Wie man wird, was man ist" ist eine autobiographische Schrift des Philosophen und gilt gleichzeitig als sein letztes großes Werk. Das Werk entstand zwischen Mitte Oktober 1888 und Nietzsches Zusammenbruch Anfang 1889.Als Titel verwendet Nietzsche das Zitat von Pontius Pilatus, der über Jesus sagte "Ecce homo - sehet, welche ein Mensch" sowie einen Satz des griechischen Dichters Pindar aus dessen Pythischen Oden: "Werde, der du bist.", umformuliert: "Wie man wird, was man ist."Nietzsche schreibt rückblickend über sein Werk, über seine philosophischen Schriften --- der moderne Philosoph, Vernichter aller Werte, Erschaffer des Zarathustra, der Übermensch, der Gottestöter, der Dionysos gegen den Gekreuzigten ...

The Birth of Tragedy; or, Hellenism and Pessimism , is many of the old books which have been considered important throughout the human history. They are now extremely scarce and very expensive antique. So that this work is never forgotten we republish these books in high quality, using the original text and artwork so that they can be preserved for the present and future generations. This whole book has been reformatted, retyped and designed. These books are not made of scanned copies of their original work and hence the text is clear and readable.

Beyond Good and Evil is a comprehensive overview of Nietzsche's mature philosophy. The book consists of 296 aphorisms, ranging in length from a few sentences to a few pages. These aphorisms are grouped thematically into nine different chapters and are bookended by a preface and a poem. While each aphorism can stand on its own, there is also something of a linear progression between aphorisms within chapters and from one chapter to another. Nonetheless, each aphorism presents a distinctive point of view, and even the individual chapter summaries omit a great deal.The preface accuses philosophers of dogmatism, and the first chapter explores this claim. Every great philosophy, Nietzsche asserts, is little more than the personal confession. Philosophers build up complex systems of thought to justify their own assumptions and prejudices. If we can dig these out, we can see what these philosophers value most deeply, and so gain insight into their character.
