Diese Arbeit beschreibt die Entwicklung des generationsübergreifenden Rückgangs der Zivilcourage in der Gemeinde Carrefour. Dieser Rückgang wird über den Zeitraum von 2000 bis 2016 beobachtet, beschrieben und hinterfragt. Die Forschung ist soziologisch, wirtschaftlich, rechtlich und entwicklungspolitisch ausgerichtet.Es wird eine Umfrage bei verschiedenen Institutionen durchgeführt: Schule, Familie, Kirche und Staat, um Informationen über die Faktoren zu sammeln, die den generationsübergreifenden Rückgang in der Gemeinde Carrefour verursachen. Die Analyse der empirischen Daten ergab, dass die Schwäche der Institutionen, die Schwäche der Traditionen, das Fehlen von theoretischem und praktischem Unterricht in Staatsbürgerkunde, Straffreiheit und Unwissenheit die wichtigsten Faktoren sind, die den Rückgang der Staatsbürgerschaft in Haiti verursachen. Es liegt daher in der Verantwortung dieser Institutionen, das Image des Landes zu verbessern, indem sie die Gesetze aufwerten.

Este trabalho descreve a evolução do declínio intergeracional do civismo na comunidade de Carrefour. O declínio é observado, descrito e questionado durante o período 2000-2016. A investigação adopta uma abordagem sociológica, económica, jurídica e de desenvolvimento.Será realizado um inquérito às diferentes instituições: escola, família, igreja e Estado, a fim de recolher informações sobre os factores de declínio intergeracional na comunidade de Carrefour. Após a análise dos dados empíricos, constatámos que a fraqueza das instituições, a fragilidade das tradições, a ausência de cursos teóricos e práticos de civismo, a impunidade e a ignorância são os principais factores que conduzem ao declínio do civismo no Haiti. Por conseguinte, é da responsabilidade destas instituições melhorar a imagem do país através da promoção do Estado de direito.

This work proposes a description of the evolution of the intergenerational decline in civic-mindedness in the community of Carrefour. The decline is observed, described and questioned over the period 2000-2016. The research takes a sociological, economic, legal and developmental approach.A survey of the various institutions: the School, the Family, the Church, the State, will be carried out in order to gather certain information on the factors mechanizing intergenerational decline in the community of Carrefour. After analyzing the empirical data, we found that weak institutions, weak traditions, the failure to teach theoretical and practical civics courses, impunity and ignorance are the main factors driving the decline of civics in Haiti. It is therefore the responsibility of these institutions to redress the country's image by promoting the rule of law.

Questo lavoro descrive l'evoluzione del declino intergenerazionale del senso civico nella comunità di Carrefour. Il declino viene osservato, descritto e messo in discussione nel periodo 2000-2016. La ricerca adotta un approccio sociologico, economico, giuridico e di sviluppo.Verrà condotta un'indagine sulle diverse istituzioni: la scuola, la famiglia, la chiesa e lo Stato, per raccogliere informazioni sui fattori che determinano il declino intergenerazionale nella comunità di Carrefour. Dopo aver analizzato i dati empirici, abbiamo riscontrato che la debolezza delle istituzioni, la debolezza delle tradizioni, il mancato insegnamento di corsi teorici e pratici di educazione civica, l'impunità e l'ignoranza sono i principali fattori che portano al declino dell'educazione civica ad Haiti. È quindi responsabilità di queste istituzioni migliorare l'immagine del Paese promuovendo lo Stato di diritto.
