Der Einsatz von Pestiziden erhöht die Gesundheitsprobleme und vermindert die Bodenfruchtbarkeit sowie die Resistenz der Krankheitserreger. Die pilzlichen Antagonisten und organischen Ergänzungen führen. Die positive Rolle bei der Erhöhung der Bodenfruchtbarkeit und der Verringerung der Gesundheitsprobleme. Wir kommen also zu dem Schluss, dass die Antagonisten Trichoderma viride, Trichoderma harzianum und organische Zusätze wie Neemkuchen erfolgreich als biologischer Ansatz zur Bekämpfung von bodenbürtigen Krankheiten, insbesondere der Fusariumwelke, genutzt werden können.

Die vorliegende Untersuchung mit dem Titel "Auswirkung von Apfelsorten auf die chemischen und sensorischen Eigenschaften von Apfelwein" wurde durchgeführt, um die Zusammensetzung verschiedener Apfelsorten und die Herstellung von Apfelwein aus verarbeiteten Produkten zu untersuchen. Es wurden zwei Apfelsorten (Golden Delicious und Red Delicious) für die Herstellung von Apfelwein untersucht. Da er eine reiche Zuckerquelle ist, wurde er für die Entwicklung eines verarbeiteten Produkts ausgewählt. Das Produkt wurde bereits durch die Beimischung verschiedener Anteile von Apfelsaft mit Zutaten hergestellt. Das verarbeitete Produkt wurde einer organoleptischen Bewertung unterzogen, bei der die Akzeptanz verschiedener Konzentrationen von Fingerhirse im verarbeiteten Produkt beurteilt wurde. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass die Sorte Red Delicious aufgrund ihres hohen Zuckergehalts, ihres hohen Phenolgehalts, ihres hohen pH-Werts und ihres niedrigen titrierbaren Säuregehalts erfolgreich für eine bessere Apfelweinproduktion eingesetzt werden kann.
