Harvey Mills, born and raised in Houston, Texas, out of a family of nine children-seven boys and two girls. He was raised by a single parent (mother), who did domestic housecleaning (maid service). The boys shined shoes to contribute to the next meal. Combined with government assistance, the family survived. The Mills siblings were taught not to steal but to be honest and work for what they wanted or to simply do without.This publication is the result of that upbringing (example).
