The environment in which training establishments operate is increasingly changing. Now more than ever, they need to pay close attention to optimizing their managerial processes through the implementation of facility projects.This type of project has proven its effectiveness in the quest for performance, bringing about positive changes such as highly profitable cross-functional organization and the adoption of collective, participative management.We all know that project-based management is not only based on tools and methods, but also on human resources and organization.In this sense, even a facility project that federates and energizes institutional life, because of its complexity, uncertainties and multi-disciplinary nature, never unfolds in an ideal way. In fact, the mechanics of change induced by this project can only be driven by two forces: innovation and difficulties.

Il contesto in cui operano gli istituti di formazione sta cambiando sempre di più. Oggi più che mai, devono prestare molta attenzione all'ottimizzazione dei processi di gestione attraverso l'attuazione di progetti scolastici.Questo tipo di progetto ha dimostrato la sua efficacia nella ricerca della performance, apportando cambiamenti positivi come un'organizzazione interfunzionale altamente redditizia e l'adozione di una gestione collettiva e partecipativa.Sappiamo tutti che le operazioni basate sui progetti non si basano solo su strumenti e metodi, ma che le risorse umane e gli aspetti organizzativi sono di primaria importanza.In questo senso, il progetto istitutivo, anche se federa ed energizza la vita istituzionale, per le sue caratteristiche di complessità, incertezza e multidisciplinarietà, non si svolge mai in modo ideale. La meccanica del cambiamento che questo progetto porta con sé ha solo due sorgenti principali: l'innovazione e le difficoltà.

Es zwingt sie mehr denn je, der Optimierung ihres Managementprozesses durch die Durchführung von Schulprojekten große Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken.Im Kontext des Strebens nach Leistung hat diese Art von Projekten ihre Wirksamkeit bewiesen, sie führen zu positiven Veränderungen, unter anderem; die transversale Organisation ist sehr vorteilhaft und die Annahme eines kollektiven und partizipativen Managements.Jeder weiß, dass die Arbeitsweise im Projektmodus nicht nur auf Werkzeugen und Methoden beruht, sondern dass die Komponenten: Humanressourcen und Organisation einen wichtigen Platz einnehmen.In diesem Sinne verläuft das Projekt einer Einrichtung, auch wenn es das institutionelle Leben zusammenführt und dynamisiert, aufgrund seiner Merkmale wie Komplexität, Ungewissheit, Multidisziplinarität usw. nie auf ideale Weise. Die Mechanik des Wandels, die durch dieses Projekt ausgelöst wird, kennt im Übrigen nur zwei Triebfedern: Innovation und Schwierigkeiten.

O ambiente em que os estabelecimentos de formação operam está a mudar cada vez mais. Agora, mais do que nunca, devem estar atentos à otimização dos seus processos de gestão através da implementação de projectos escolares.Este tipo de projeto demonstrou a sua eficácia na procura de desempenho, provocando mudanças positivas como a organização multifuncional altamente rentável e a adoção de uma gestão colectiva e participativa.Todos sabemos que as operações baseadas em projectos não se baseiam apenas em ferramentas e métodos, mas que os recursos humanos e os aspectos organizacionais são de importância primordial.Neste sentido, o projeto de estabelecimento, mesmo se federador e dinamizador da vida institucional, devido às suas características de complexidade, incerteza e multidisciplinaridade, nunca se desenvolve de forma ideal. A mecânica de mudança deste projeto tem apenas dois eixos: a inovação e as dificuldades.

L¿environnement des établissements de formation est de plus en plus évolutif. Il les oblige plus que jamais d¿accorder une grande attention à l¿optimisation de leur processus managérial par la réalisation de projets d¿établissement.Dans un contexte de recherche de la performance, ce type de projet a montré son efficacité, il entraîne des changements positifs entre autres ; l¿organisation transversale très profitable et l¿adoption de management collectif et participatif.Chacun sait que le fonctionnement en mode projet ne repose pas uniquement sur des outils et des méthodes, mais que les volets : ressources humaines et organisation occupent une place prépondérante.En ce sens, le projet d¿établissement même fédérateur et dynamisant de la vie institutionnelle, en raison de ses caractéristiques de complexité, d'incertitudes, de pluridisciplinarité¿ne se déroule jamais de façon idéale. La mécanique du changement induite par ce projet ne connait d¿ailleurs que deux ressorts, l¿innovation et les difficultés.
