Mit der zunehmenden Verstädterung ist die Gesellschaft mit Krankheiten konfrontiert, die früher vor allem auf dem Lande auftraten, wo Moskitos und andere Tiere auch in städtische Gebiete einwandern. Das Dengue-Virus ist in Brasilien wieder aufgetaucht, wo neue Serotypen entdeckt wurden und das hämorrhagische Dengue-Fieber aufgetreten ist. Ziel dieser Studie war es, den Umgang mit Dengue-Fieber mit 5 Lehrern aus 3 öffentlichen Schulen in den Bezirken IV, II und VI von Fortaleza zu untersuchen, je nachdem, ob das Auftreten der Krankheit gering, mittel oder hoch ist. Zunächst wurden die Schulen besucht. Anschließend wurde der Inhalt der Schulbücher analysiert, die von den an der Untersuchung beteiligten Schulen verwendet wurden, und anschließend ein Fragebogen mit offenen und strukturierten Fragen an die Lehrer für Naturwissenschaften und Biologie aus denselben Einrichtungen verschickt.

With life becoming increasingly urbanised, society is faced with diseases that used to be characterised as mainly rural, where mosquitoes and other animals are also migrating to urban areas. Dengue, as a re-emerging virus in Brazil, has returned with greater force, where new serotypes have been discovered and Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever has emerged. The aim of this study was to assess the approach to dengue with 5 teachers from 3 public schools in Districts IV, II and VI of Fortaleza, according to the low, medium and high incidence of the disease, respectively. Initially, the schools were visited. Subsequently, the contents of the textbooks used by the schools participating in the research were analysed, followed by the application of a questionnaire with open and structured questions to Science and Biology teachers from the same institutions.

Con una vita sempre più urbanizzata, la società si trova ad affrontare malattie che un tempo erano caratterizzate da una prevalenza rurale, dove anche le zanzare e altri animali stanno migrando verso le aree urbane. La dengue, come virus riemergente in Brasile, è tornata con maggiore forza, dove sono stati scoperti nuovi sierotipi ed è emersa la febbre emorragica dengue. Lo scopo di questo studio è stato quello di valutare l'approccio alla dengue con 5 insegnanti di 3 scuole pubbliche dei distretti IV, II e VI di Fortaleza, in base alla bassa, media e alta incidenza della malattia, rispettivamente. Inizialmente, le scuole sono state visitate. Successivamente, sono stati analizzati i contenuti dei libri di testo utilizzati dalle scuole partecipanti alla ricerca, seguiti dall'applicazione di un questionario con domande aperte e strutturate agli insegnanti di Scienze e Biologia degli stessi istituti.

L'objectif de cette étude était d'évaluer l'approche de la dengue chez 5 enseignants de 3 écoles publiques des districts IV, II et VI de Fortaleza, en fonction de l'incidence faible, moyenne et élevée de la maladie, respectivement. Dans un premier temps, les écoles ont été visitées. Ensuite, le contenu des manuels scolaires utilisés par les écoles participant à la recherche a été analysé, puis un questionnaire comportant des questions ouvertes et structurées a été appliqué aux professeurs de sciences et de biologie des mêmes établissements.
