Drew's problems continue to follow him in his search for a wife. His on and off again relationship with Ashlynn (Lynn) Boldmont had gotten back on course again. She and Drew traveled together to Eugene, Oregon, for a track and field competition in which Drew participated. All hell breaks loose during their stay, causing both of them to spend the weekend in jail. Lynn's parents had to fly to Oregon to bail them out. After the confusion, Lynn is forced to break things off with Drew. For three months, the couple are apart and Drew is forced to face the reality that his relationship with Lynn is over. Drew finds love with another woman and is happy, until Lynn decides to come back into his life.

Drew is looking for a woman he can make his wife, but runs into problems while searching to find that special girl.
