Creato nel 1949, in piena Guerra Fredda, il Collegio di Guerra, ospitato nel complesso della Fortezza di São João nel quartiere di Urca, è uno dei più importanti centri di riferimento non solo per gli studi sul Brasile, ma anche sulle variabili dei molteplici scenari mondiali. Per undici mesi, a partire da febbraio, i tirocinanti del Corso di Studi Avanzati in Politica e Strategia si dedicano ad approfondire con precisione millimetrica (e a tempo pieno) le questioni che permeano la vita quotidiana del Paese e degli altri Stati nazionali. Questo accompagnamento, che si traduce in seminari, lezioni, esercitazioni riflessive e/o pratiche di grande complessità, colloqui specifici e viaggi di studio, garantisce una notevole conoscenza del mondo e delle caratteristiche proprie di ogni Paese, soprattutto di quelli che sono quotidianamente vittime di turbolenze di ogni genere. Per sei anni (2007-2012) l'autore ha fatto parte dello staff permanente della scuola, concentrando le sue preoccupazioni e i suoi studi sugli aspetti intriganti e quasi mai pubblicizzati della Dominazione dell'Informazione e sullo spettro violento e dannoso del Terrorismo Internazionale.

Créée en 1949, en pleine guerre froide, l'École supérieure de guerre, installée dans le complexe de la forteresse São João, dans le quartier d'Urca, est l'un des centres de référence les plus importants, non seulement pour les études sur le Brésil, mais aussi sur les variables des multiples scénarios mondiaux. Pendant onze mois, à partir de février, les stagiaires du cours d'études avancées en politique et stratégie se consacrent à l'étude approfondie et millimétrée (et à plein temps) des questions qui imprègnent la vie quotidienne du pays et des autres États-nations. Cet accompagnement, qui se traduit par des séminaires, des conférences, des exercices de réflexion et/ou de pratique d'une grande complexité, des colloques spécifiques et des voyages d'étude, garantit une connaissance approfondie du monde et des caractéristiques propres à chaque pays, en particulier ceux qui sont quotidiennement victimes de turbulences de toutes sortes. Pendant six ans (2007-2012), l'auteur a été membre du personnel permanent de l'école, concentrant ses préoccupations et ses études sur les aspects intrigants et presque jamais médiatisés de la domination de l'information et sur le spectre violent et nuisible du terrorisme international.

Created in 1949, at the height of the Cold War, the War College, housed in the São João Fortress Complex in the Urca neighborhood, is one of the most important reference centers not only for studies on Brazil, but also on the variables of multiple world scenarios. For eleven months, starting in February, trainees on the Course of Advanced Studies in Politics and Strategy dedicate themselves to studying, in depth and with millimetric precision (and full-time), the issues that permeate the daily lives of both the country and other nation states. This accompaniment, translated into seminars, lectures, reflective and/or practical exercises of great complexity, specific colloquiums and study trips, ensures considerable insight into the world and the characteristics peculiar to each country, especially those daily victimized by turbulence of all kinds. For six years (2007-2012), the author was a member of the School's permanent staff, directing his concerns and studies towards the instigating and almost never disseminated aspects of Information Domination and the violent and harmful spectre of International Terrorism.

Die 1949 auf dem Höhepunkt des Kalten Krieges gegründete Kriegsakademie, die in der Festungsanlage São João im Stadtteil Urca untergebracht ist, ist eines der wichtigsten Referenzzentren nicht nur für Studien über Brasilien, sondern auch über die Variablen der verschiedenen Weltszenarien. Elf Monate lang, beginnend im Februar, widmen sich die Teilnehmer des Kurses für fortgeschrittene Studien in Politik und Strategie eingehend und millimetergenau (und in Vollzeit) den Themen, die das tägliche Leben des Landes und anderer Nationalstaaten durchdringen. Diese Begleitung, die sich in Seminaren, Vorlesungen, komplexen Reflexions- und/oder Praxisübungen, spezifischen Kolloquien und Studienreisen niederschlägt, gewährleistet einen umfassenden Einblick in die Welt und die Besonderheiten der einzelnen Länder, insbesondere derjenigen, die täglich von Turbulenzen aller Art heimgesucht werden. Sechs Jahre lang (2007-2012) war der Autor Mitglied des ständigen Lehrkörpers der Schule und konzentrierte seine Sorgen und Studien auf die faszinierenden und fast nie veröffentlichten Aspekte der Informationsbeherrschung und das gewalttätige und schädliche Gespenst des internationalen Terrorismus.
