Advocating the Devil is a collection of poems written by poet Joshua East. Joshua worked with three artists to compose a collection of art designed to provoke thought in the modern world. Each poem reflects an idea, thought or value held by Josh that he found conflicts with modern day thinking or beliefs. Each poem is designed to make the read think about our current world and where it is heading both physically and mentally. Each piece of art was designed with only the influence of each poem and so reflects the artists emotion in regards to the poem presented. I would like to give a special thanks and my gratitude to Venetia Slarke, Melissa Bandara and Uyen Truong for crafting each beautiful piece of art that compliments the poems insides.
