I chose this rating because the book was really great The sequel to the last book: Bullies and Baddies and it was just as good as the last, or even better!!! Tiff and Krissie are still up to no good! (Obviously) Read this to find out how Lily saves the mayhem at the Party Library chosen book by the students! They loved this book and I was shocked by the adventure. Love it so much and it's so cool like and I'm a huge fan of this series and it's so cool and some girls know what's that like because some girls are witches It is a quick, but entertaining book to read. Her books are not only entertaining, but show how bad it is to bully people.
