Breast cancer is becoming more and more of a common health occurrence among today's modern women. There is nothing to adequately describe the shock of getting the news. A woman remembers the moment as if written in stone, where she was when she heard it, what she was wearing, and the unique fear that gripped her. Thoughts race wildly through her mind. "Will I live . . . will I die?" The author of this book remembers getting the news and working through that range of emotion. In this book, the author explores the range of natural modalities that helped the most people weighed with traditional treatments. It seems that no two people are the same when it comes to cancer treatment and effective recovery. Our bodies are very individual and the level of health when we got cancer is individual. Women need to know that a cancer diagnoses is not a death sentence. It is rare. A woman can usually look forward to recovery in most cases. It's just that recovering with nice skin, hair and nails, and body mobility afterword is another matter. The author shares with you here those unique beauty secrets! It is possible that you can even look better than before! Kathie FitzPatrick was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She and her husband, John FitzPatrick, were television producers in the decade of the 1980s for a Christian network in which the programs were aired locally, nationally, and internationally, and one on the TBN satellite. That program was ACCENT ON HEALTH, hosted by Maureen Salaman, who had a PhD in nutrition and was the author of the best-seller, "Nutrition the Cancer Answer." During those six years, Kathie learned much from the expert host and the many guests who were doctors in preventative medicine, naturopaths, and experts in herbal medicine. There were also testimonies from individuals of being healed from chronic disease, such as cancer, due to natural modalities. This popular health program had approximately 240 million regular viewers internationally during the last two years on the air. Later the family moved to the Northwest in 1990 where John went back to plant engineering and Kathie worked as a TV host and producer for a local TBN Affiliate. In 1994, Kathie became a Realtor, which was an excellent choice to intermix with family life. Currently, although widowed in 2008, Kathie is a Realtor, income property owner, and a writer-author on various topics.
