The Year 2018 would be the defining year of the life of a man who goes through so many changes in his life to the point where he struggles because of an underlying condition he was diagnosed with since childhood. However, with the help from his family, he goes through new experiences that would test his resilience and adapt to a new routine. The one experience that would define all the changes 2018 are The Winds of Change when it is least expected. It would sum up what he has gone through and where he would be going from that experience onwards.Little would he realise until later on that the changes would be for the better as he would now understand that adapting to new things would be for the best.
The Winds of Change: Making Peace with Asperger's is the ultimate feel good story of living with a condition that affects one in a hundred people. This fictionalised account, mirroring aspects of the author's own experiences, shines a light on life with Asperger's and how it affects those diagnosed with it, their co-workers, their friends and their family. Rhys, who struggles with his condition, will discover that 2018 becomes the defining year of his life and, with the love and support of his family, finds that his world is changing for the better and that it really is possible to make peace with Asperger's.
