There are many fictional characters in the world, some presumably that do good deeds like Superman and Wonder Woman. Then there are the villains of the peace, such as The Penguin, The Joker and Lex Luthor. Some people around the world base their lives around these make believe characters from comic books. And even though they know they are not genuine characters, their heroes still influence them. The sad thing is that, on the other hand, we have Satan. The father of all lies. Who most people in the world (adults included and maybe even especially) do not believe he exists. Or if they do believe he exists, that he has no influence over their lives. They do not see him as a threat, and he rarely enters their thoughts. If they believe in him, he is just a figure that dwells in a place called hell and is the main furnace stoker. He is just waiting for God to send down anyone who dares to sin against Him. Unfortunately, that would be all of us!!Satan has been around for a very long time and his powers are great. The only problem for him is that God has total power over him, and he can only do what God allows. We cannot see Satan or really be aware of his presence in the world. But he is not only real, he is a major threat to your future in the Kingdom of God.The book listed below will give you an outline of what Satan has tried to accomplish so far. Starting from the Garden of Eden and right up to the present day. He and his band of fallen angels, or demons, are still working their evil in today's world. An evil that we cannot see but is nonetheless affecting all our lives.I hope you will come to see that Satan is a real problem for all of humanity. But also that you see God is still in total control of the world.

There is a great deal of confusion floating around about the timing of the killing of the Passover Lambs, and because of this confusion, it can impact how we relate to every other part of the day.I know the only place I will find the truth that I am seeking is in the word of God, in His holy bible. Joh 17:17 Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth.2Ti 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. All the evidence I bring before you in this book will be strictly from the word of God. I do not intend to reference the work of any other book, any Rabbi, any bible society or anything else. Only the word of God. If I mention any of the above, it will not be to back up what I am saying, but more than likely to call them out for using the traditions of men and not the traditions of God. The proof of what I am going to tell you will be 100% from the word of God. I need no other proof. You will no doubt call me dogmatic, but I ask you this: "Were the apostles dogmatic when they preached, or were they timid?". Let's look at 2Ti 1:7.2Ti 1:7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.What is that saying?"It is better to act decisively and apologise for it later, rather than to seek approval to act, and risk delay."So with those thoughts in mind, I would like to discuss the Passover and the timing of the killing of the lambs on the 14th of Nisan.First, let me apologise to those readers who do not research Hebrew terms such as "ba erev" and "ben ha arbayim". Unfortunately, it is imperative we understand exactly what these terms mean if we are going to arrive at the correct time the lambs were killed on the 14th of Nisan. There are many translations of the bible that give us many differing times for the killing of the lambs. Let me give you a few examples so you can see what I am up against. I will list just 5 different versions of Exodus 12 and verse 6.(YLT) Young's Literal translationExo 12:6 And you shall keep it up until the beginning of the fourteenth day of the same month. And the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it between the two evenings. [from the Hebrew term - ben ha arbayim](BBE) Bible in Basic EnglishExo 12:6 Keep it till the fourteenth day of the same month, when everyone who is of the children of Israel is to put it to death between sundown and dark. [from the Hebrew term - ben ha arbayim](KJV) King James VersionExo 12:6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening. [from the Hebrew term - ben ha arbayim](NIrV) New International Readers VersionExo 12:6 Take care of them until the 14th day of the month. Then the whole community of Israel must kill them when the sun goes down. [from the Hebrew term - ben ha arbayim](WEB) World English BibleExo 12:6 and you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month; and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at evening. [from the Hebrew term - ben ha arbayim]There are 5 different time markers for the same event. Therefore, which one is correct? And yes, it makes an absolutely massive difference in determining the correct time that the Passover lambs were killed. The Hebrew term "ben ha arbayim" is translated into these different terms. Between the two evenings can mean any time between about 1pm and sundown. Between sundown and dark can actually mean on the day after the first example of Between the two evenings. Then at evening can be the period from the setting of the sun until darkness, or it can be from the evening of the day before. All very confusing.

Was Jesus Christ three days and three nights in the tomb? We know that He was buried about sunset on the day He was crucified. And from the scriptures we know He claimed He would be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth, the same time as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish.So if Jesus was to rise from the grave after this time frame, which was the only sign that He would give to the Pharisees and Sadducees, Then what day and hour did He rise from the dead? This is a very controversial subject and there are several different answers. The only place we can get an accurate answer is from the word of God. The Holy Bible. I wrote this book as a result of my personal studies on this subject.Traditional Christianity follows the Good Friday crucifixion and resurrected on Sunday Morning. Other Christian groups believe in a Wednesday Afternoon burial and a Saturday or Sabbath day Resurrection three days later.Which one is correct and is it possible to prove it from the scriptures alone? If Jesus Christ was to accurately fulfil the prophecy of the "sign of Jonah". Which was the only sign He was to give the Pharisees. Then how many hours was the Son of Man to be in the grave before He was resurrected from the dead? A study of this topic is the purpose of this book. The correct answer to the question "When did Jesus rise from the tomb" may be a surprise to many readers. I have given many scripture references to back up what I have written. God bless you for reading.

We are now living in a world where there is a great deal of pain and suffering. Looking at the world today, we see there is starvation on a massive scale that affects millions of people. Wars are widespread and the consequences of these are devastating to everyone who lives in these war zones. Crime is rising almost by the day as people show less and less compassion to those who are less fortunate than themselves. Then there are what I term natural disasters and sometimes "acts of God". Disasters such as earthquakes, volcanoes, floods, and fires. These are occurring with more severity and regularity than ever before. The world seems to tear itself apart. And last, but certainly not least, we see diseases of all kinds affecting almost every person on the planet. Some ailments are minor, and many can affect every part of our lives. If you are not affected, then you will at least have family or friends who are suffering pain of some sort. The pain can be physical, psychological, or spiritual. When we look at these problems we face every day, many are asking God.WHY IS THERE SO MUCH SUFFERING IN OUR WORLD?There is no simple answer to this all important question, but there are hints in God's bible if we are prepared to search for them and actually believe what we read in this amazing book.A common comment about our suffering goes like this. "Since there is so much suffering, there can be no God, otherwise He would stop all suffering". Then there are Christians who believe in the existence of God, but do not believe He can control all things. That He is not sovereign over all of His creation. What happens if we take God completely out of the picture? Now we must have what I will call a "naturalistic view" of the world. A view that excludes any form of creation, but only allows for evolution. In this case, where do we get the notion that anything is good or evil, right or wrong? It is only the human species who have these thoughts of what is morally right or wrong. All other species of animals do not share our views on these matters. If this world came about purely by evolution over a period of billions of years, and has been all about the survival of the fittest, then where do we get these values of what is right or what is wrong? If there is no God who created all things, then we have a universe that has absolutely no design, no purpose, really no reason at all to even exist. No cause or reason for anything to be good or bad, right or wrong. All things must be just merciless indifference, with no meaning or purpose in life. How can there possibly be any good or evil, right or wrong, in an impersonal universe that came about by "time and chance", by "survival of the fittest" and "evolution?"If the universe doesn't care if an act is good or evil. Then why should we?I certainly do not have all the answers to the question "why is there so much suffering in the world", and I know that no one else does either. God and only God knows what is happening, and He knows the reason for anything that happens in any part of His universe. We must accept that He is supreme and sovereign and has a plan that involves us all.If you purchase this book, I sincerely hope you can use it to begin your own studies about suffering.May God bless all of your efforts to understand.
