'Don't get the glums! Read this.' For ages 3 to 8. Take a tiger, an orangutan, an elephant, an eagle, a rhino, a dragon, a spider, and a turtle. Mix with music till loud - you might want to stand back. A fun addition to any child's bookshelf.' 'The illustrations are gorgeous and can be explored along with the words for even more fun. A great addition to the kids' library!' 'I took this colourful, fun book to share with my grandson (age 6). I expected to read it to him, however he confidently read it to me, stopping to discuss the story as he read. When asked for his opinion, I got 'I loved it!' The illustrator Gustyawan has ensured each page is full of colour with a different, friendly cartoon style animal, playing a new instrument on each page. The accompanying writing, written in a simple, child friendly font (letters correctly formed!) is surrounded by four colourful notes of music. I also liked the way the pictures alternate which side they are on. This is an easy to read, fun book for children. There are some lovely touches of humour in the pictures and by the time we reached the last page, I could imagine the cacophony of noise coming from the band as they all played together.'

"Hate vs Love" is the strongest poem in the collection. ... I enjoyed the repeating "p" sound in "powerful punch poisoning" as an attempt to replicate that ongoing bruised feeling when hateful words hit our heart. And following this, "wasting weighty words" is an excellent way to display exhaustion, as the mouth quickly gets tired of forming the "w" sound. Another favorite line of mine is "History is buried deep within me" in "The Vault". Independent Review
