Part four of The BrimTier Chronicles The big black has changed a lot, and not so much, in the two years Iain Bryce was out of the picture as the Robin Hood pirate. It seemed his perceived sacrifice had finally brought the plight of the colonists of the Second BrimTier to light but only as long as it served the purposes of the Confederational Regime Parliament. Now the colonists are back to being forgotten and without Phoenix Enclave's help they are again facing starvation, disease and death. Much to the chagrin of the new administration of the Confederational Regime, Captain Iain Bryce is back. Come along with the pirate captain as he reforms Phoenix Enclave. Once more, they try to right the wrongs being done to the poor and oppressed of the known universe while staying a step ahead of rival pirate enclaves and the CRF.
