The purpose of this TFM is to respond to an intervention with a psycho-pedagogical approach called: Intervention Model: Methodology of Aptitudinal Vocational Guidance (OVA). It was designed through a three-day study with women in the framework of the armed conflict and ex-combatants of armed groups, who underwent Justice and Peace processes. (Cruz & González , 1997), (Rivas , 2006) (Matul & Ramírez , 2009) explain that in Central Ame-rica these processes had already been implemented, which gave side for the peace tables in Colombia through the creation of the peace agreements that gave rise to the pactaddos agreements in Article III of Legislative Act 01 of April 4, 2017, according to (Congreso República, 2017) where an institutional Body called the Special Jurisdiction for Peace - JEP was created.

L'objectif de ce TFM est de répondre à une intervention avec une approche psychopédagogique appelée : Modèle d'intervention : Méthodologie d'Orientation Professionnelle Aptitudinale (OVA). Ce modèle a été conçu dans le cadre d'une étude de trois jours menée auprès de femmes ayant participé à un conflit armé et d'ex-combattantes de groupes armés, qui ont été soumises à des processus de justice et de paix (Cruz & González , 1997). (Cruz & González , 1997), (Rivas , 2006) (Matul & Ramírez , 2009) expliquent qu'en Amérique centrale, ces processus avaient déjà été mis en ¿uvre, ce qui a donné lieu aux tables de paix en Colombie par la création des accords de paix qui ont donné lieu aux accords convenus dans l'article III de l'Acte législatif 01 du 4 avril 2017, selon (Congreso República, 2017) où un organe institutionnel appelé Juridiction spéciale pour la paix - JEP (Jurisdición Especial para la Paz - JEP) a été créé.

Der Zweck dieser TFM ist es, auf eine Intervention mit einem psycho-pädagogischen Ansatz zu reagieren, der sich "Modell der Intervention: Methodologie der beruflichen Orientierung (OVA)" nennt. Es wurde in einer dreitägigen Studie mit Frauen im Rahmen des bewaffneten Konflikts und ehemaligen Kämpferinnen bewaffneter Gruppen entwickelt, die an Prozessen der Gerechtigkeit und des Friedens teilgenommen haben. (Cruz & González , 1997), (Rivas , 2006) (Matul & Ramírez , 2009) erklären, dass in Zentralamerika diese Prozesse bereits umgesetzt wurden, was in Kolumbien zu den Friedenstischen durch die Schaffung der Friedensabkommen führte, die zu den Vereinbarungen führten, die in Artikel III des Gesetzes 01 vom 4. April 2017 vereinbart wurden, nach (Congreso República, 2017), wo ein institutionelles Organ mit der Bezeichnung Sondergerichtsbarkeit für den Frieden - JEP (Jurisdición Especial para la Paz - JEP) geschaffen wurde.
