La Hoya del Río Suárez is a region located between the departments of Boyacá and Santander where sugarcane has been grown for more than 100 years and one of its main productive activities is the production of panela. The people who work there do not have a formal labor relationship; they are paid by the day and do not have social security to guarantee their well-being and that of their families; the process is deficient in terms of training and technology.The start-up of Mieles SAS marks the beginning of a process of business formalization in terms of labor relations and technical support in a largely informal region. Generating a technical, economic, administrative and socio-cultural impact on the organization's stakeholders.Through a transversal descriptive research it was possible to show that the start-up of Mieles S.A.S. has broken paradigms in the region, with the promotion of female labor, the arrival of qualified personnel, generating employment that complies with the provisions of the law.

La Hoya del Río Suárez est une région située entre les départements de Boyacá et de Santander, où la canne à sucre est cultivée depuis plus de 100 ans et où l'une des principales activités productives est la production de panela. La production de panela est artisanale, elle fait appel à une main-d'¿uvre nombreuse, les personnes qui y travaillent n'ont pas de relation de travail formelle, elles sont payées à la journée et n'ont pas de sécurité sociale pour garantir leur bien-être et celui de leur famille, le processus est déficient en termes de formation et de technologie.Avec la création de l'entreprise Mieles SAS, un processus de formalisation de l'entreprise a été entamé en termes d'emploi et de soutien technique dans une région largement informelle. Ce projet a un impact technique, économique, administratif et socioculturel sur les parties prenantes de l'organisation.Grâce à une recherche descriptive transversale, il a été possible de montrer que le démarrage de Mieles S.A.S. a brisé les paradigmes dans la région, avec la promotion du travail féminin, l'arrivée de personnel qualifié et la création d'emplois conformes à la loi.

La Hoya del Río Suárez ist eine Region zwischen den Departements Boyacá und Santander, in der seit mehr als 100 Jahren Zuckerrohr angebaut wird und eine der wichtigsten Produktionstätigkeiten die Herstellung von Panela ist. Die Herstellung von Paneel ist handwerklich, es werden viele Arbeitskräfte benötigt, die Menschen, die dort arbeiten, haben kein formelles Arbeitsverhältnis, werden pro Tag bezahlt und haben keine soziale Absicherung, um ihr Wohlergehen und das ihrer Familien zu gewährleisten, der Prozess ist unzureichend in Bezug auf Ausbildung und Technologie.Mit der Gründung des Unternehmens Mieles SAS hat ein Prozess der Formalisierung von Unternehmen in Bezug auf Beschäftigung und technische Unterstützung in einer weitgehend informellen Region begonnen. Dies hat technische, wirtschaftliche, administrative und soziokulturelle Auswirkungen auf die Interessengruppen der Organisation.Durch eine transversale, deskriptive Untersuchung konnte gezeigt werden, dass die Gründung von Mieles S.A.S. in der Region einen Paradigmenwechsel herbeigeführt hat, indem sie weibliche Arbeitskräfte förderte, qualifiziertes Personal einstellte und Arbeitsplätze schuf, die mit den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vereinbar sind.
