An Elite Journey: A Young Man's Leadership Story is a coming-of-age story of a young athlete and the lessons he learns playing the game he loves. Though this story is fictional, the storyline and many of the characters are based on Coach Massucci's 20 years of experience in coaching varsity basketball. He continues to inspire his players and 3 sons with the West Point motto of "choose the hard right over the easy wrong."
