La ricerca affronta il tema della preparazione degli insegnanti alla prevenzione delle donne con rischio materno preconcezionale, che attualmente rappresenta un problema nella pratica medica e richiede un'attenzione urgente nella preparazione degli operatori sanitari.Nel processo di ricerca sono stati utilizzati metodi teorici ed empirici per determinare l'attuale stato dell'arte. I risultati hanno permesso di elaborare un sistema di azioni didattiche che integra nella sua progettazione quattro fasi, rivolte a studenti e insegnanti, finalizzate all'identificazione, alla classificazione e alla condotta da seguire nell'orientamento alla prevenzione per le donne con rischio materno preconcezionale. La valutazione di fattibilità è stata effettuata attraverso la consultazione di specialisti, che ha portato a un consenso sulla rilevanza della proposta. L'analisi dei risultati ottenuti dimostra che la ricerca svolta offre una soluzione al problema scientifico.

Die Forschung befasst sich mit der Vorbereitung von Lehrern auf die Prävention von Frauen mit präkonzeptionellem mütterlichem Risiko, die derzeit ein Problem in der medizinischen Praxis darstellt, ein Problem, das dringende Aufmerksamkeit bei der Vorbereitung von Gesundheitsfachkräften erfordert.Im Forschungsprozess wurden theoretische und empirische Methoden angewandt, um den aktuellen Stand der Technik zu ermitteln. Die Ergebnisse ermöglichten die Ausarbeitung eines Systems didaktischer Maßnahmen, das in seiner Konzeption vier Phasen umfasst, die sich an Studierende und Lehrkräfte richten und auf die Identifizierung, Klassifizierung und das Verhalten abzielen, das bei der Ausrichtung der Prävention für Frauen mit präkonzeptionellem mütterlichem Risiko zu befolgen ist. Die Bewertung der Durchführbarkeit erfolgte durch eine Konsultation von Fachleuten, die zu einem Konsens über die Relevanz des Vorschlags führte. Die Analyse der erzielten Ergebnisse zeigt, dass die durchgeführte Forschung eine Lösung für das wissenschaftliche Problem bietet.

The research addresses the issue of the preparation of teachers for the prevention of women with preconceptional maternal risk, which constitutes a problem in the current medical practice, urgently in need of attention in the preparation of health professionals.In the research process, theoretical and empirical methods were used to determine the current state, the results allowed elaborating a system of didactic actions that integrates in its design four stages, directed to students and teachers, aimed at the identification, classification and conduct to be followed in the orientation of prevention to women with preconceptional maternal risk. The feasibility assessment was carried out by consulting specialists, which allowed finding consensus on the relevance of the proposal. The analysis of the results obtained shows that the research offers a solution to the scientific problem.

A investigação aborda a questão da preparação de professores para a prevenção de mulheres com risco materno pré-concecional, que constitui um problema na prática médica atual, um problema que requer atenção urgente na preparação dos profissionais de saúde.No processo de investigação, foram utilizados métodos teóricos e empíricos para determinar o estado atual da arte. Os resultados permitiram a elaboração de um sistema de acções didácticas que integra no seu desenho quatro etapas, dirigidas a alunos e professores, destinadas à identificação, classificação e conduta a seguir na orientação da prevenção para mulheres com risco materno pré-concecional. A avaliação da viabilidade foi realizada através de consulta a especialistas, o que levou a um consenso sobre a pertinência da proposta. A análise dos resultados obtidos mostra que a investigação efectuada oferece uma solução para o problema científico.

La recherche aborde la question de la préparation des enseignants à la prévention des femmes présentant un risque maternel préconceptionnel, qui est un problème dans la pratique médicale actuelle et nécessite une attention urgente dans la préparation des professionnels de la santé.Les résultats ont permis l'élaboration d'un système d'actions didactiques qui intègre dans sa conception quatre étapes, destinées aux étudiants et aux enseignants, visant à l'identification, la classification et la conduite à suivre dans l'orientation de la prévention pour les femmes présentant un risque maternel préconceptionnel. L'évaluation de la faisabilité a été réalisée par le biais d'une consultation de spécialistes, qui a abouti à un consensus sur la pertinence de la proposition. L'analyse des résultats obtenus montre que la recherche effectuée offre une solution au problème scientifique.
