"Timeless homage to his growing space.... Woods, plants, and meandering expatiation are intertwined in his poetry, such that we might join him on his journey in search of a world for his words.... Nate Crew examines all the clues left by his own experiences; war, peace, life, love and death, so that the reader too may grasp a little better their own sense of place." -Haydn Tiago de Azevedo Mafra Jones, PhD, Chairman, Department of Foreign Languages, Campbell University

An old pecan tree in the forest is thriving and towering above its peers. But then, it begins to have problems. The problems grow and grow until the tree is in danger of dying. Hope seems lost -- until an unexpected little helper arrives. A simple appreciation and a simple message are all it takes for transformation to begin.
