Rural tourism is a complementary activity to the main production of the property, which adds value to it, promoting income, while at the same time rescuing the cultural and natural heritage, thus aiming for sustainability. This work proposes the implementation of a rural itinerary for the municipalities that make up the Espelho d'Água Circuit in north-western São Paulo, with the tourist resort of Santa Fé do Sul as its centre. The research showed that some of the small rural properties in this micro-region constitute a tourist offer, as they have natural and cultural resources that, if formatted, could make up the rural tourism product of the municipalities in question, adding value to the properties. Tourism can rescue and enhance socio-cultural heritage, keeping people in the countryside and attracting visitors from various cities to return to their roots. It can also enhance the north-western region of São Paulo, placing it on the tourism routes of the state of São Paulo.

Il turismo rurale è un'attività complementare alla produzione principale della proprietà, che le aggiunge valore, promuovendo il reddito, e allo stesso tempo salva il patrimonio culturale e naturale, puntando così alla sostenibilità. Questo lavoro propone la realizzazione di un itinerario rurale per i comuni che compongono il Circuito dell'Espelho d'Água, nel nord-ovest di San Paolo, con al centro la località turistica di Santa Fé do Sul. La ricerca ha dimostrato che alcune delle piccole proprietà rurali di questa microregione costituiscono un'offerta turistica, in quanto possiedono risorse naturali e culturali che, se formattate, potrebbero costituire il prodotto turistico rurale dei comuni in questione, aggiungendo valore alle proprietà. Il turismo può salvare e valorizzare il patrimonio socio-culturale, mantenendo la gente in campagna e attirando visitatori da varie città per tornare alle proprie radici; può inoltre valorizzare la regione nord-occidentale di San Paolo, inserendola negli itinerari turistici dello Stato di San Paolo.

Le tourisme rural est une activité complémentaire à la production principale de la propriété, qui ajoute de la valeur à celle-ci, en favorisant les revenus, tout en sauvegardant le patrimoine culturel et naturel, dans une optique de durabilité. Ce travail propose la mise en ¿uvre d'un itinéraire rural pour les municipalités qui composent le circuit de l'Espelho d'Água, dans le nord-ouest de São Paulo, avec la station touristique de Santa Fé do Sul comme centre. La recherche a montré que certaines des petites propriétés rurales de cette microrégion constituent une offre touristique, car elles possèdent des ressources naturelles et culturelles qui, si elles étaient mises en forme, pourraient constituer le produit touristique rural des municipalités en question, ajoutant ainsi de la valeur aux propriétés. Le tourisme peut sauver et améliorer le patrimoine socioculturel, en maintenant les gens à la campagne et en attirant des visiteurs de différentes villes pour qu'ils reviennent à leurs racines. Il peut également améliorer la région nord-ouest de São Paulo, en la plaçant sur les routes touristiques de l'État de São Paulo.

Der Landtourismus ist eine ergänzende Aktivität zur Hauptproduktion des Anwesens, die einen Mehrwert schafft, das Einkommen fördert und gleichzeitig das kulturelle und natürliche Erbe bewahrt und somit auf Nachhaltigkeit abzielt. In dieser Arbeit wird die Umsetzung einer ländlichen Route für die Gemeinden des Kreises Espelho d'Água im Nordwesten São Paulos vorgeschlagen, in deren Zentrum der Ferienort Santa Fé do Sul liegt. Die Untersuchung hat gezeigt, dass einige der kleinen ländlichen Anwesen in dieser Mikroregion ein touristisches Angebot darstellen, da sie über natürliche und kulturelle Ressourcen verfügen, die, wenn sie aufbereitet werden, das ländliche Tourismusprodukt der betreffenden Gemeinden ausmachen und die Anwesen aufwerten könnten. Der Tourismus kann das soziokulturelle Erbe retten und aufwerten, die Menschen auf dem Lande halten und Besucher aus verschiedenen Städten anlocken, um zu ihren Wurzeln zurückzukehren. Er kann auch die nordwestliche Region von São Paulo aufwerten und sie in die Tourismusrouten des Staates São Paulo einbinden.
