This book constitutes the second part of the proceedings of the 15th Asian Conference on Intelligent Information and Database Systems, ACIIDS 2023, held in Phuket, Thailand, during July 24-26, 2023. This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 12th Conference on Information Technology and its Applications, CITA 2023, taking place on July 28-29, 2023 in Da Nang City, the most beautiful and livable city in Vietnam. CITA is an annual scientific conference on information technology and its applications in all fields.
