The target audience of this book are all Ilocano speakers both in the Philippines and those in the international diaspora.The Ilocanos are the most-diasporic social group of the Philippines. Ilocano speaking Filipinos could be found almost anywhere though they tend to thrive in Europe and most English-speaking nations especially in the United States. Many Filipino expatriates in America are Ilocano descent. In Hawaii, they make up 85% of the Filipino - Americans.
