By providing my perspective based upon my own truths and experiences, I give a point of view that may be controversial, with the goal of getting the reader to interact with me via the text of the book. There is no other book like this on the market that speaks to public school employees and provides them a catalyst to discuss issues with colleagues or anyone in their lives.
