This multidisciplinary book brings the topics of rights, identity, and race together to examine what it means to be oppressed, how oppression works, and what we both as individuals and as a community can do about it, using the Iranian American community as a case study.

An anthology that addresses ethics, leadership, as well as some of the most important topics regarding leadership. The book is divided to three sections that reflect these three topics. The articles presented are a collection of published articles or book chapters, as well as original manuscripts.
