This book is to let the worse sinner know that God is a god of forgiveness and not an accuser. God is gracious and merciful. He loves you and wants to inspire you to walk in your purpose. No one is deserted by God, and the sinner that was once lost can come back to the Father through his son, Jesus Christ.
