Orphaned as a young child, Clementine Azalea Bridgestoke's life became rescued twice by her Uncle Dexter Bridgestoke. Once as her benefactor who paid for her boarding school. The second time, when he unexpectantly passed away bequeathing her a portion of rural land in the late 1800s in the state of Montana that opened up a whole new life for her. A life that took her into a world of challenges, loss, and a scope of unexpected trials. Several times when she thought that she had been dealt with unfairly by life, after she gave it time, the clouds were parted by a miracle. This book, as fiction, is meant to entertain but also to encourage you that it's possible for right to win out over wrong and that there are no trials that can't be overcome. Who knows, there could be an actual miracle awaiting you.
There are certain sounds in life that you never forget. Hearing a blood clot the size of my hand hit the bathroom floor at my feet surely qualifies as one of those sounds. Leaving a wide stream of blood as I stepped into the shower is another unforgettable moment. Strangely enough, I wasn't panicking. In fact, I remember feeling more irritated because this was something that I couldn't ignore. I had to call 911 to engage Rescue. I even spoke aloud, "Lord, I really don't want to have to do this."I would soon learn that an invasive tumor was threatening my life with Endometrial cancer. But I'm still here. Although, what the world had to say about that, through faith in God I saw that He had other plans. Because of God's faithfulness, I would begin my Walk through the Valley of Mud coming out the other side--healed.
