A collection of rhyme and prose aimed at young adults and above. Inspiration is found in the most unlikely of places, friendships discovered in the strangest of faces. When all too often we lose sight of what's important in life we find a flicker of hope and signs ahead. In a time when most of us will spend time alone there is an urgent need to communicate our thoughts and emotions. 'Fifteen Decibel' is my expression of the emotional residue that I have accumulated over many years, though not always certain from where it came. I hope that you find both pleasure and wellbeing on hearing 'the gears of my mind'.

My first collection of prose in progress. The words are raw, often spontaneous but always true to expression and emotion. This has been a journey of weeks, months or even years. The end is a fitting conclusion to what has been an unpredictable and joyous journey. The words I write today become birds tomorrow, flying off to delight others. So enjoy what good of it you can and share some with those close to you. I wish you peace and happiness always.

Graphic Heart Vocabulary is a collection of prose and poetry that I wrote between the hours of 22:00 and 05:00. This time, which I now refer to as my 'Golden Time' gives me the opportunity to filter the day's events and also be inspired by the transition of night to day. There is a very unique energy during this transitional time, call it the 'energy of the universe' if you will. I have found that it only comes about pre-dawn and only then for a few moments. It is during these moments that I am able to pen my words. Often raw, frank and precisely clear, the words flow freely and require little interpretation. In this time of abstract and contemporary poetry we can often lose the meaning of a poem when 'meaning making' is crucial to us all. I wish for my poetry to be comprehensible and not word puzzles. I hope you are inspired by the poems contained within these pages and that you too find your own 'Golden Time'.

It is time for us to move forward, to begin caring again. Mankind has to unite, by our words, by our actions.I think about what has come before penning my own words and what will come after. Where will we be five years from now? We must be honest, patient, open, often direct, only then will we begin to bring about the changes we all want to see. In this book of rhyme and prose I cover many topics from love, regret to ambition. There is no order to my writing and each poem can be read randomly, though I do encourage they be read aloud and even to others.Where do we go from here? I, you, and we must decide.

In this book of mixed prose and poetry, I write about love, the many ways in which it can be expressed, and also how to deal with this powerful force. Some of us will be searching for love, some will have been hurt by love, and others will have lost love. Fortunately, there are many ways in which to express our emotions, and ways to suppress any hate or anger towards anyone that may have wronged us. Inspired by Eastern philosophy and poetry, I reach deep into the core of my soul to find the raw emotions we all want to express, but find so difficult to show. These words are not just for those we know personally, they are also for those we do not know. I wish to help you express love for humanity as a whole, to unite us through love for each other as individuals. I hope our efforts help bring about some change in both us and the wider world.
