"Bracebridge" is number six in the Mike Murphy Park Ranger, series.. It is about a dinner that has taken place in Yosemite National Park, almost every December since 1927. Massive snowstorms complicate things, but Mike and his crew manage to keep things under control.
"Two Times X" is about a story that was written about sixty-five years ago while in the seventy grade. It is about two teenage boys who break into a laboratory and borrow a time machine. Things don't go as planned and they end up on another planet in another star system. On this new planet they get involved in a war between two cultures. Only one of the brother's survive and return to earth.
