Nearly thirty years after Rich Coleman and Erica Fox narrowly survive their chilling death pact they are still together and thriving.Rich Coleman's son Matt has just passed the bar exams and is anxious to make his fortune practicing law. Unfortunately his plans to be a PI attorney have been soured by tort reform. Matt's new bride Lynn is a marketing major and, with the help of her college professor, comes up with a brilliant marketing plan - convince people that the credit card companies are manipulating them into a permanent state of financial slavery. Since their financial distress is a result of these practices there is no shame involved in filing a bankruptcy to get out of their grip and become a free person again. As a result of this plan business booms and bankruptcy filings climb. Of course several banks that are involved in predatory credit card practices are severely hurt. The problem is that these are very powerful people and they do not want his success to continue, nor do they want other lawyers copying his success in other parts of the country. One particular banker, Frank Hill of Midsouth Bank, is particularly disturbed by the serious financial losses his bank is suffering as a result of all these new bankruptcies. To save his bank from these crippling losses he orders some very drastic and ruthless measures to stop Matt and Lynn and to destroy their Debt Relief Centers of Texas. Hill's actions turn out to be quite effective and the Debt Relief Centers of Texas are put out of business. But as Matt reels from the devastation inflicted upon him, he concocts a plan to, not only destroy Frank Hill and Midsouth Bank, but to expose the credit card conspiracy in a way that will force Congress to do something about it. Love, greed and revenge fuel this raging thriller about the evil spawned by the Plastic Gods we love and cherish.

  • - Turning Around the Troubled Small Business

Over the years I have seen too many businesses fail, not because of lack of customers or sales, but due to poor management. So, I wanted to warn my clients about all the pitfalls that there are out there for the small business owner. But to do that would take a lot of time, more time than any client would be willing to invest face to face. So, I decided to write a book that I could give out to my clients with a detailed explanation of everything that could go wrong with their business and how to deal with it. It was my hope that they would read about these problems before they reared their ugly heads in their own businesses. To accomplish this I wrote You Can Save Your Small Business as a light, entertaining read, complete with stories about actual cases that I have dealt with in the past. One of my critics complained that the book was basic and dealt with fundamentals and not for the seasoned or savvy businessman. Well, he is right about it being about the fundamentals of running a business. That's exactly what I intended as I have seen even experienced businessmen forget or ignore fundamental principals of running a business and end up in bankruptcy. More often than not, the businesses I filed bankruptcies for over the years, were owned by very talented, intelligent people. Often times they were great salesmen, designers or artists, but they didn't know how to run a business. They didn't know or appreciate the many pitfalls that are discussed in my book.I'm sure many of the things I discuss the reader will be familiar, but I guarantee you there will be many things the reader doesn't know. Things that could save him hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars and a boatload of grief, if he pays attention and heeds my advice.

Peace only came after a spiritual leader, Sandee Brahn, led a movement to unify the planet and bring about lasting peace. His goal was accomplished at a World Assembly where the Supreme Mandate was written and ratified by all the nations of Tarizon and peace was finally restored.Shroud of Doom takes place thirty-seven years after unification (37 A.U.) The planet's ecology is slowly recovering from the effects of the long war that has killed millions, destroyed most of the planet's infrastructure, and left Tarizon barely habitable. In order for the human population to survive huge domes have been constructed over the cities to protect the inhabitants.Unfortunately, the cities were unable to contain the entire population and millions were left outside the domes to die. Although most did die a few managed to adapt to Tarizon's hostile environment and survived. Like the mutants, the two other sentient life forms on Tarizon, the Nanomites and the rhutz were left outside the domes to fend for themselves. Shroud of Doom is the story of the collision of these two worlds which eventually plunges Tarizon into civil war.
