Rest! Many have become in urgent need of this word, especially since sleep, vacations, and even working fewer days no longer seem enough to renew the energy we need to meet the challenges of this era. This is because rest is not just related to physical rest but rather to the spirit and the soul. Today, many have realized that true rest lies in the calmness of the mind and soul and not in the number of hours we work. Therefore, the book urges us to realize the true meaning of what this verse says: "Let us strive to enter into that rest" - Hebrews 4:11 which is what we try to uncover in these pages. My prayer is that you may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold for you. Lord be with you.
