This cook book is a compilation of foods I loved when I was young and my mother made a book with the recipes for me when I moved to the USA. When I retired, I start cooking those recipes with my granddaughters, Amaya Liana, and Camila. This book contains my experience with the dishes from when I was young as well as the experience lived my granddaughters cooking with me. The book also includes the history of the dishes as well as the recipes and photos of the dishes. The book is written in both English and Spanish.

What used to be seen as debate has become a shouting match with the decibel level of the noise reaching deafening levels. Accusations about "misinformation" come from every side of every issue, and the efforts to "cancel" ideas and perspectives and even people have become the rage. In this book titled "Cities in the Memory of the Homeless," it was a real practice for years throughout the journey, discovering places, understanding the culture of others, and then writing about them and their manifestations. My story began in Sudan on a refugee journey through Cairo towards Australia, and from there I set off to different countries around the world. I chose this title to initially reflect the journey of refugees and their hardships during their arduous journeys. Hence, the title came as "Cities in the Memory of the Homeless." Here, displacement does not mean living without a home but rather the journey of seeking refuge and leaving the homeland for foreign lands.In it, I narrated my adventures and delved into the geography of cities, their ancient civilizations, tourist attractions, and historical and cultural places. I wrote in a modern style different from the old stereotypical image used by travelers in ancient times. I addressed the stories of those who sail into the unknown on boats of death, warning against illegal migration.Within this book, there are numerous journeys that I documented over twenty years, where I discussed many events that happened to me.

This book offers a practical guide to mixed method research highlighting aspects of research design, execution, and analysis under various perspectives and research traditions. These are provided in clear and readable prose with a strong focus on practicality, and at the same time, without resorting to oversimplification. In creating this book the author has used many research papers in various disciplines that had focused on both practical and theoretical aspects of MMR. During the quiet two years of Covid era and subsequent refreshment follow up year, the author managed to identify relevant articles and many case studies that reveal various theoretical and practical aspects of the MMR with the aim of helping post graduate students and supervisors to manage their research projects. Among the explored themes were several categories of MMR topics that satisfy both practicality and comprehensiveness requirements of the book.
