This poetry book is my way of pouring my heart out to God. Despite everything that I have been through in my life, writing has always been my life line. As much as I pray that this book would be an encouragement to others, its production has contributed to my own healing. You'll notice how some poems in this book are deeply related to my personal experiences and how the more you read, the more the focus shifts from my own experiences to my experiences with God. Just like the story in the Bible where Mary pours the alabaster box of perfume on the feet of Jesus to honour Him, so I have poured out these poems at his feet.

You will soon find yourself lost in this collection of poems about Love, no matter where you are in your journey. Love Like This is an honest, raw look at the beauty and pain that comes with truly loving someone.

This is a collection of poems written over time. To have them collected together, out of the scrap books, folders with pieces of paper and scribbles on my phone, is a great privilege. The poems are individual journeys and observations and I hope they will engender a sense of thought, mirth and wonder in those who read it, as they did in me when I wrote them.
