The greatest weapon of the enemy is division. If the enemy can divide and isolate you, he can easily destroy you. There is too much division throughout the world. Sadly, the church has been and continues to be divided even though it should be the example of unity, love, and oneness. This book, The Power of One Sound, will help you to understand the principles and importance of unity, one accord, and teamwork. Just as our physical bodies are made up of many organs and parts and each part is connected and relies on each other, we are all interdependent. Each member of our body serves different roles but are all important to its proper functioning.God the Creator created us in such a way that we need each other. That's why no one person is gifted to do everything. While some people have more gifts than others, there are some things that they are not gifted to do. Each person coming into this world was born with an inherent gift that is unique to them. God's original intent was that we work together using our inherent gifts to help each other. When we come together with one voice, one vision, and one goal, nothing can stop us. We see this in the building of the Tower of Babel. God had to stop them because their motive was wrong. Any group of people coming together on one accord with each individual using their gift will be successful in carrying out the mission, whether it's for good or bad. The principles of unity will work for whoever works it. That's why it is most important to work together for the good of all mankind. While countries, groups of people, organizations, and individuals work toward independence, God's design was not for us to be totally independent. It is important for us to be self-sufficient to a point, but at some point, we will need others to help us along the way. "There is no independence in the kingdom."There are many things that can cause us to be divided, such as greed, selfishness, anger, and hatred. That's why we are commanded to love one another because love is the greatest thing. It is very important to be tuned in to the right frequency and to not allow the wrong sound to enter our ear gate. It is most important to have the right mindset and connect to like-minded people.Unity is the greatest component of success. Once we become one with ourselves, then we can become one with others. Refine your gift so that when you come together, everyone would be giving their best. Always remember, "teamwork makes the dream work."

"Is it possible to describe the confusion and shame I felt every time daddy came to my bedroom and used me to fulfill his sexual perversion? Is it possible to describe the fear that consumed me when I thought I was pregnant with my dad's baby?" Daddy's Special Little Girl is a heart-on-your-sleeve memoir about growing up in an abusive home with five siblings, an alcoholic father, and a courageous mother--about desperate attempts to cope with unbearable pain, about surviving the betrayal and devastation of incest and the rejection of divorce, about God's forgiveness and healing. The author bares her soul as she takes you on an inconceivable journey that includes graphic scenes of her abuse, honest exposure of her own sin, paralyzing anguish and sorrow she endures, and raw emotions as she accepts her dad's prison sentence and death. You will weep as you read about the heartbreaking encounters and effects of the hideous crime of incest. You will rejoice as you experience the forgiveness, love, and support this family had for their dad and each other. In Daddy's Special Little Girl, Jody reveals the lingering devastation of a family crime no one wants to talk about. Her transparency is disarming, her case compelling, and her focus on healing. For the thousands who have experienced the pain of incest, the book points the way to help. For those who would like to believe that "these things don't happen in Christian homes," Daddy's Special Little Girl will explode the myth.--Gary D. Chapman, Ph.DAuthor of The Five Love Languages

If there is ever a time when we need to read, study, and obey the Word of God, it is now. The tide of lawlessness, spreading like wildfire, can be tempered when Christians know His Word and can accurately apply it to improve their lives and those around them.As the seismic tremors of deception attempt to penetrate the church, those who are "rooted and grounded" in God's Word can become effective witnesses in combating this evil end-time occurrence.Paul, the apostle, writing to his protege Timothy, warned of the events of the "last days." He wrote, "But know this, that in the last days, perilous times will come" (2 Timothy 3:1). He noted nineteen vices that would grip society and become evident as people's hearts deteriorate and become increasingly wicked. Notably, these vices fostered by deception and indifference to God and His Word bring Paul's prophetic writing to reality. This commentary provides an in-depth study of the book of 2 Timothy. It was written to:encourage believers to "study to shew themselves approved unto God,""rightly divide the word of truth" that will enable them to avoid the pitfalls of deception, promote a better understanding of who God is,grow in their faith and become mature believers, and facilitate further reflection with the goal of becoming lifelong students of the Word of God.

At last an adult Bible that flows...A traditional Bible is a patchwork of various writings pieced together in what can be a confusing and daunting textbook. In this Inquirer's Bible, the timeless and life-changing Word of God has been rewoven into a seamless tapestry. You won't have to maneuver around disruptive chapters and verses or jump back and forth from place to place to understand a certain principle; it has already been done for you. So it is simple and understandable. In this easy-to-read version, the sacred writings are condensed and ordered in a way that clearly presents the heart of the message of the entire Bible. That message is God's wooing of humanity. This loving courtship, when reduced to its essence, reads like an epic novel, the greatest romance. You can take this journey, starting with the beginning of the world, winding through love and hate, hope and fear, joy and anguish, and continuing even to the end of time.On this enlightening adventure, you will read of many people who have loved God, hated God, avoided God, followed God. You will see, though they lived long ago and far away, they were as human as you, and you will know, perhaps for the first time, that this epic quest for love involves you as much as them.So forget the bulky textbook for now. Just get comfortable, read, and

As pilgrims on life's highway, we discover a multitude of choices. At various points along the route, we all arrive at a crux. As such, occasionally, all are destined to negotiate a vexing decision: Shall we continue straight along the path we're on, or is a course correction in order? But what if the juncture is perplexing and even foreboding? So given such a predicament, how do we surmount it and move on? For many, the following scriptural passage encourages them to proceed.Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30)With true purpose, we should orient our lives toward the best possible outcome: Heaven. And how do we arrive there? "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me'" (John 14:6). If you already know the correct route, then grab someone you love by the hand and show them the Way. If not, then consult the Bible (our "guidebook"), the Church (our "vehicle") your local priest, pastor or a person of strong faith in God (our "guides")...for in love, they shall grab your hand and show you the Way. May A Pilgrim's Crux also provide some hopeful advice to assist you on the most important journey of your temporal existence. Omnes Deo Gloria!

The Romance of Spirit is a composition of poems that span a period of twenty-six years in the making, 1996-2022. Originally planned to become an epic poem of 1,200 pages, the author's life experience gradually reduced the work into a more manageable size fit for a libretto. Inspired by Wagnerian opera, The Romance of Spirit captures the essence of an epic poem, an epic journey, of a single night's dream sequence, to reveal that true epic poetry lies within a single individual, and that all individuals, together, make the music.

Have you ever thought to yourself, "There has to be more" or "Where's the love, man?" I grew up in several churches and knew that something wasn't quite right when it came to how they taught us about God and Jesus, leaving the Holy Spirit out altogether. I had always wondered, "If God is love, then why do some preach hatred or become shepherds that beat their sheep?" I always felt that if I'm already damned for everything I do good or bad, then why try?The truth is that Jesus came to show us who we are in Him and who we truly belong to, our Heavenly Father and the eternal lover of our souls. God doesn't need or want another religion. He wants a relationship with His children, each and every one of us on earth, not just the saints, but the sinners as well. All saints were once sinners, and sinners are just saints who have not woken yet. I asked God once, "Why don't we see you like the world once did?" and He said, "I've been waiting for you, I can do it all by myself, but I want to do it with you." In this day and age if you have been asking, "When will we have another revival?" the Holy Spirit is saying, "It will start when you start it."So wake up! The time is now! Awaken to the truth of who you are. We can have faith in Jesus, we can put our hope in Jesus, and we are truly loved by the Creator of the universe. As children of God we must know what was promised to us and stand on those promises, here on earth, so let's help bring heaven down, heaven on earth.

The citizens of the world as we know it currently feel more lost, confused, hopeless, helpless, and angry than they have ever felt in remembrance of time past. Many have no idea what is going on with the occurrence of catastrophe after a catastrophe that is plaguing the nations of the earth, from wars, droughts, food shortages, and newly emerging diseases, and most have an expectation that things are only going to get worse from this point moving forward, both in the short-term and long-term. Consequently, an undertone of apprehension, uncertainty, and a healthy fear of what may be coming next upon the earth have all left the populations of our world rightly on edge.In A Prisoner's Cry: Look Up, Your Redemption Draws Near!, Minister Johnny Paul Collins provides us with a biblically sound and evidence-based explanation for the seven sorrows that are currently distressing mankind, and he warns of the additional sufferings for many that are on the way. Through the biblical--time-specific--promise of our Lord, hope is provided for the saved, and forewarning is given for those unbelieving and wicked inhabitants of the earth who continue to resist and oppose God.

While composing this book, I felt God increasing ways to spread His authentic message across the world as it is in the Bible. This book is one piece to that puzzle and gives me a platform to participate in the delivery of God's message to multiple generations. Poetry is a language for writers to communicate how they envision a scene. Biblical poetry, on the other hand, is slightly different due to the common theme that is Jesus the Christ.Unspoken Language is spiritual conversations in natural writing. I focused on how important it is to have personal conversations, faithful movements, and spiritual inspirations by categorizing these poems throughout the book. The purpose of this book is to inspire individuals to concentrate on the words of Christ. The words of Jesus are powerful, comforting, and everlasting. Allow the Spirit of the Lord to speak through and into your life.Unspoken Language will help, encourage, and agree with those who understand the Bible, as we read in the book of Acts 2:4. I believe the same for you to become what God has invested. Jesus Christ redeemed us all to live righteous and spread the gospels. When facing a situation or circumstance, use language that will get the attention of God, not your flesh. If God is speaking, just listen. But if God is not speaking, just be patient.I hope you have been motivated to press toward the mark as the apostle Paul instructs us to do. The continuation with the alignment of your life for how God guides you guarantees the certainty of Christ's resurrection at the end.

As a child, there were many trials and painful moments that Linda Swyhart went through. So from a young age, she learned how to build imaginary boxes. She would put the hurt that she had gone through in its own box, then hide it deep within her heart, never wanting to remember it or the pain of it again. She never thought about the damage that those hidden boxes did in her life or the control the enemy had over her life, until the Lord asked her to take a journey of healing with Him, going back to the beginning where it all began. In going back and giving it all to the Lord, He healed her broken and bruised heart. Now she has been freed from the pain of her past.

The miracles that took place in Homeroom 109 were astounding. Widespread student salvations, healings, and deliverance occurred. Spiritual battles were fought and won as school policies were changed to allow a Christian club and prayer at the flagpole. Even my fellow teachers, administrators, and other staff members were getting saved. What happened over those 16 years surpassed my wildest imaginations. The flames of revival began breaking out and engulfing everything around me. They say that God isn't allowed in America's public schools?Never believe what "they" say...This is my story.

Almost everybody knows of God. Many even know about God. However, just as people know some people better than others, some people know God better than others.Think of it like this: When you know people on a personal or an intimate level, don't you know what they are thinking even before they say it? Or can't you read between the lines and know what they were thinking that they didn't say? You probably even know what their wishes are without them having to tell you. You know how their mind works and what they think, what makes them tick, and what makes them ticked. While God is a God of love, there is so much more to Him. He has thoughts and opinions and emotions and feelings. In the Bible, God is said to love, laugh, enjoy, take delight in, rejoice, as well as be angry, happy, jealous, and glad.Do you know Him that well? The prophet Isaiah said that God sits on the circle of the Earth and we appear as grasshoppers, yet He knows everything about us, even the number of hairs on our head. He has intimate knowledge of us. In comparison, at best, we have only touched the surface of what we know of Him.While He doesn't tell us everything He knows, He has told us everything He wants us to know. There are nuggets of truth burrowed deep in the scriptures for those who wish to learn of Him and make the effort to search for Him.Now is a good time to get to know Him better. Eternity is just ahead and it lasts a long time. We serve a great God, and He has good things planned for those who love Him. He says in Ephesians that He is going to spend the ceaseless ages of eternity showing us His kindness. That's a God worth knowing!

The beginning scene of the book highlights the war in heaven, and as a result, the angels were classified into three classifications, those loyal to God or Lucifer and the others who did not support God or Lucifer in the war. The loyal angels remained in heaven, and the angels loyal to Lucifer, with the ones who did not support Lucifer nor God, were cast out into the darkness. The hard-hearted angels that supported Lucifer became known as demons who roamed the earth. God showed his mercy and prepared a redemption plan for the angels who did not support him or Lucifer. The Three Angels of God does not contradict the Holy Bible but fills in many points not fully addressed for a better understanding. There are many biblical nuggets highlighted in the book; a few area more analytical view of events that took place in the garden of Eden;the importance of the womb for spiritual beings;the feast day shared by John the Baptist and Jesus Christ;the qualifications that made Jesus Christ worthy to become the redeemer;an explanation of Nathanael's prayer under the fig tree;the significance of Jesus and his mother at the marriage at Cana;the future role of Mary and Apostle John, who stood at the crucifixion;dissection of the "Our Father" prayer;an analytical view of Jesus at the Last Supper;Jesus's crucifixion in relation to the ancient tabernacle and the first man and woman in the garden of Eden; andthe dial for the return of Jesus Christ.

This book is a collection of texts that I received during my moments of prayer and worship. They represent one of the living proofs that the Lord still speaks today, and He wants to have a relationship with us. He is a friend, a father, and at the same time our creator who loves us with sincere love. Faithful, glorious, joyful, powerful, there are not enough words to describe it. Let's take the time to listen to the Holy Spirit.May my soul bless the eternal,May my spirit magnify its name,Even death couldn't hold Him back,Even in the grave, Jesus is Lord and conqueror.

There is a doctrine that is prevalent among mainstream Christian churches, which is the doctrine of eternal security. You may be familiar with this doctrine, or you may be seeking to learn what eternal security is about. Therefore, here is an example of what is being said about this eternal security:Eternal security, also known as "once saved, always saved," is the belief that from the moment anyone becomes a Christian, they will be saved from hell, and will not lose salvation, Free grace theology says that anyone who believes in Jesus Christ will go to heaven regardless of any future actions--including future sin, unbelief, or apostasy! Therefore, the aims of this book are to guide you toward an understanding of what eternal security is--its origin, how it arrived in the twenty-first century--as well as to help you decide whether eternal security is true or false, then to guide you in making a clear and concise decision whether to accept this theory or reject it according to where the truth points. So, Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?" And he said, "How can I, unless someone guides me?" (Acts 8:30-31)It is one thing to believe something because a person with some authority tells you that it is so. But it is much more believable when you have done your own research and found that what has been taught to you either is correct or in error according to that research. To that end, I have tried to present a fair and equitable presentation of this theory, showing its facts and foibles as they appear, without any bending of the truth whatsoever! To that end, I have written some things that you might find interesting, such things as the wedding between the Word of God and the children of Israel or that the pagan Christian converts did not have to be circumcised because they were not descendants of Abraham. Therefore, Paul kept the law and did not break the law, as taught by some Christian sects.Of course, it is only natural for people to reject that which they believe is threatening them concerning that which they hold near and dear. To that end, I have tried not to make any outrageous statements but follow up with why this or that happened and the reason for its truth or the lie, as the case might be. I only ask that you give A Layman's Challenge to Eternal Security a chance to present its conclusions to you, and then you be the judge as to whether eternal security is valid or false, then to be rejected as such! Would you say that that is fair?
