From the colonial period until modern times Christians have played a major role in the development of the United States of America. At the beginning, Christians had major input into the creation of the guiding documents and laws that helped the United States grow into a strong, free nation. During the previous century into the current century Christian influence has begun to wane and the respect for Bible believing evangelical Christians within the general culture has eroded. As the Twenty-first Century continues to evolve, evangelical Christians find themselves mocked and ridiculed by the broader culture. The greater American culture has relegated evangelical Christians to the position of being a counterculture. To survive as a counterculture, evangelicals must consider their stands on several issues and fight for Biblical principles. This book seeks to bring the issues to the forefront for consideration by all Bible believing Christians.

Never could I imagine what three words would mean to my family in my lifetime. These three small words appear as the largest and brightest words scrolled in the blue heavenly sky, meaning strength, courage and always having the will to fight. The will to fight for yourself, your husband, your children, your grandchildren, your life, and for all that you are as a person.Do away with negativity and pessimism, only focusing on positive thoughts for what your challenges are for the day and doing whatever you can possibly do, knowing that no matter what happens, you always Win the Day. The best advice was given to our family by a complete stranger during a very tragic accident involving our youngest son. We lived by these three words during his miraculous recovery and throughout our challenging days of life. Then Guillain-Barre' hit fast and hard, and I was thrown into an illness of paralysis and being placed on a ventilator. From the very beginning, my husband and sons were the most supportive and encouraging, reminding me to fight and never give up. A sign was placed on the wall in each hospital room reading, "Win the Day," and nothing else needed to be said. I knew that there was a long road ahead of me, not knowing what I was battling. What was confusing was the lack of encouragement and compassion that came from the medical staff in the intensive care unit that was trusted with my care. When my family and own physician was denied staying with me because of the restrictions of COVID, the three options were repeatedly mentioned while I was lying there paralyzed, on a ventilator, and could not speak to respond to what they were saying. Option number three was the end of life. Not knowing what the communication had been with my family, I prayed to God and trusted in Him. I focused on the meaning of our small three words, "Win the Day." I was reminded by my husband before they were forced to leave to Walk with God.

Nanosecond captures what the so-called present moment (now) means amid environmental issues (especially sound pollution), small talk, and language barrier. This novel basically broaches the potential era when man-made time might have been wholeheartedly rejected. That is to say, Nanosecond neatly frowns upon the new and popular idea that every moment is worth it or vital. Greer renders searching for an unpoetic, untouched ground zero where human imagination can finally be taken seriously. Just as every second matters, every month, year, and ten years matter collectively or categorically. Greer kindly discovers that the present moment is, of course, future material in terms of the past; past material in terms of the future.A simple play of words, this book somewhat mends the fringes of faith and culture. A sure voice for environmental reform, Greer does offer space for elementary self-reflection amid the formal informalities we put up with daily. The finishing quote from the Bible's book of Revelation seems to be the final pitch for legitimate mysticism, newfound "eye" communication, authentic beginning/end, etc...

Jealous for You: An Exposé of the Love of God is a concise yet thorough look at the heart of God and his motives that would cause him to so love the world that he would give his only begotten Son to die for it. John 3:16 has been a verse of scripture used so flippantly in this day and age that it is possible that the world has become immune to it, and God himself seems to be detached from it as well. However, it is the design of the thoughts in this survey of the love and person of God to put the attention back where it belongs-on God himself. In this presentation, we discover who is this God that declares that his name is Jealous? What are the key components that has aroused his jealousy to be expressed? Why is man so important to God that he would go to such an extreme to send his only begotten Son to die on the cross of Calvary? How should we examine and evaluate what he has said and done? You should set your mind to be ready to see that which you may not have seen before and understand that which is not easily understood, as we discover why God is Jealous for you. The foundation of the thoughts of this idea of God being jealous for you is what God has said, "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness and let them have dominion" (Gen. 1:26a). The creation of man from God's perspective was good and his conclusion with his desire to make man in his image to be a representation of him on earth was very good. However, because of sin, all that God had purpose for man and through man in creation was drastically destroyed. It had caused God to come to another conclusion that it had repented him that he made man because of the evil imaginations of his heart. The thoughts and judgments of God are decisive and without question as he declares who he is and the immutability of his counsel. God's exclusive right is based upon the absolute truth that he declares about himself, "I am God, and there is none else." There is no one or nothing that has an inherit right to loyalty or allegiance like God. Because of who he is and what he has declared about himself, he validates the framework of his jealousy for his creation. He is jealous for his image, his will, and his glory. Jealous for You has brought together the simplicity and truth of the scriptures, with insights that God has made known about his person to enlighten our understanding about the jealousy of God for you.

The train is off the rails! What is wrong with the train cars? What are the train cars? And how do we get them back on track? Each train car represents a different topic. We examine each train car to understand the topic and then figure out whether to abandon the train car or see if it can be useful again. In part 1, some of the topics we examine include: What is logic? Is there objective truth? What about objective moral values? Can we know the world around us? Are we good people? Do we have free will? Are any of the four major ethical codes adequate? In part 2, we examine the following questions: Does God exist? Is there any evidence for his existence? What are the implications of the evidence? Is Jesus a myth? Can we trust the biographies of him in the New Testament? How does Jesus solve the sin issue? What is wrong with certain aspects of the current church? There are many challenging concepts that are examined in this book. It is not for the fainthearted; there are many claims in this book that challenge the current status quo.

Over twenty years have passed since the ancient Ushani tablets were uncovered. Now translated, they reveal an epic tale that once became the pillar of a long-dead civilization.Like many cultures, the Ushani had a creation story. At the beginning of all things, the deity Wen-Eba created everything. He manipulated the vast colors within himself to form the beasts of the air, land, and sea; all creatures were given the perfect amount of life color according to their needs. Even the trees were created with their colors to be sustained by the earth. From the tallest trees, Wen-Eba sculpted the first humans, giving them part of his own spirit. He set them apart from all other creatures by not giving them color according to their needs. Rather, he wanted to give them life directly from himself, that mankind might be sustained by their creator.Tragically, mankind soon rejected the will of their deity, seeking their missing color in the ground. From it, they pulled gemstones and precious metals, colors that were meant to sustain the earth. As their world slowly starved to death, their retribution began to awaken. Finally the greed of mankind unleashed a vengeful being known as Wen'etra, "the flame that consumes all color."Though mankind had been ravaged by Wen'etra for many years, Wen-Eba did not forget them. A prophecy spoke of a hero who would someday rise to defeat the flame and restore all creation to newness and life. This ancient myth chronicles the rise and fall of the Ushani people as well as their redemption at the hands of their legendary hero, Aedliss.
