The Polk Street Review (TPSR) is Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts' unique annual creative place-making project celebrating on Noblesville, IN. The project includes the publication of an annual anthology of original prose, poetry, song lyrics, and artwork images that has received international status with submissions and followers from all over the world.Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts Press is a division of Community ¿ Education ¿ Arts, Inc. (CEArts), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Arts organization consisting of a handful of dedicated volunteers that is based in Noblesville with a global reach. CEArts is the home of online exhibit opportunities, @theroundtable podcast and short videos series, and two annual projects, Noblesville Interdisciplinary Creativity Expo (NICE) and The Polk Street Review (TPSR; est. 2011; published by CEArts since 2017).CEArts offers a variety of arts-relate events and opportunities throughout the year. Our projects support community participation and involvement by seeking participation and submissions from all kinds of creatives with all levels of experience from amateur to professional.
